Service types — base covers the included miles

MNX / Marken rates — used when Type is MNX Invoice

Base covers the included miles. Waiting bills only past the free minutes. Weight bills $/lb only above the free lbs. Two Men = $/mi × the job's miles. Charges without an MNX rule here (Dry Ice, Tolls…) use the normal charge library.

Charge library — set a rule when you get its calculation

Manual = type the $ on the invoice. Flat = fixed $. Flat by service = different $ per CAR/VAN. Per unit = qty × rate. Per hour = rate is $/hour, staff type the minutes. % of mileage = rate% of the mileage line. Weight tiers = $ by weight bracket (type total lbs incl. ice). Mileage & Fuel compute from the service type.

Connections

Keys are stored on the server only and never sent back to any browser. Both features stay off until a key is pasted.
